Lauryn turned 2 months on the 5th...time is flying by. Sorry for the delay in posts, but it has been very busy here, especially with her being sick. As most of you know, she has RSV/ bronchiolitis. She is doing better and has been such an angel through all of this. She is smiling all the time...such a happy baby, even when not feeling well. She has an albuterol inhaler, which she get 3 times/ day and we suction her nose and all, but really there's not much more we can do since it is virus. The doctor says her cough will hang around for awhile, and she could be congested for up to 1 month! Such a long time! I do believe she is getting better...no wheezing anymore, she's getting her voice back, and she's eating better. It just breaks our heart to hear her all congested. We are so ready for the warm weather and for cold/ flu season to be over! She goes for her 2 month check up next week, if she is well. We'll keep you posted.
We had a busy holiday season and had a wonderful visit with Grandma, Auntie Marion, and Uncle Robbie. Thanks so much for everything...we enjoyed it! The house had just gotten over the stomach virus before Christmas, and I thought I had escaped it, but Marion and I came down with it over Christmas. But, overall the boys were healthy for Christmas and Santa was good! We had a great visit with my sister Shannon and her family over New Year's. It was great to see all the cousins together. We miss everyone!
