Our baby is 5 months old already, really?!

Lauryn turned 5 months old this past Sunday the 5th.  We can't believe it; and, I guess because she is our last, the baby, I'm beginning to get to have mixed emotions.  We are sooo enjoying her as she gets older and more interactive, but it is going by so fast that it makes me sad too! :)  She is such a blessing and a happy little girl, and her big brothers adore her and are so good  with her.  Here are some things she is doing at 5 months old:

* She loves to watch and giggle at her big brothers.
* She LOVES kisses and snuggles
* She has discovered her voice and loves to squel when she's happy
* She sleeps about 11 hours straight at night (yes, we are lucky! :))
* She takes about 2 naps a day
* Loves her bottle and starting to hold it and pull it in and out of her mouth
* Drinks about 4  7-8 oz. bottles/ day
* She sucks her 2 fingers on her left hand to soothe her self to sleep
* She rolls from her belly to her back at times
* She has had rice cereal and applesauce and just tried oatmeal cereal for the 1st time this morning
* She is starting to sit supported and does very well, putting her arms out in front on the floor for support...don't think it will be long until we have a sitter!
* She loves her exersaucer and jumper
* She loves her baths
* She reaches and grasps toys
* She blows raspberries
* She is starting to recognize/ respond to her name

(just a way for me to document some things, since I am so bad at baby books!)

We are enjoying every minute with our happy little girl and her silly big brothers (ok, everything BUT those "terrible" 2 year old temper tantrums :))!
